More than your average DJ, Bekn is an avid collector and connoisseur of fine electronic music for more than 15 years. Influenced early on by the sounds and structure of House, Jungle, and Turntablism from the likes of King Britt, Justin Long, Terry Mullan, The Invisible Scratch Pickles, Rob Playford, Dom & Roland and many others BEKNs sound is very eclectic often surprising and always exciting. Bekn has been a leading artist of Unified Entertainment since it’s creation. BEKN also is the creator of Udub crew (dubstep/Grime).With his recent addition to the 4 Deep roster and new Connect residency. BEKN is quickly becoming a pivotal member of the 4 Deep camp and an Atlanta fan favorite. The birth of his latest project, bekn-radio.com, will allow him to take his sound to a global audience in 2009 by featuring local, national, and international talent on his 24 hour a day online radio station.
